* Juneteenth will be observed on June 19, 2026. Camps can be held this week if the host organization would like, but limited tech support will be available on June 19th.
camp pricing
To recover the costs of software and curriculum development, CyberPatriot charges the following for camps:Standard Camp: $1,200 per week*Includes two demonstration images, two competition images, digital instructor guide, and digital student workbook.Advanced Camp: $1,500 per week*Includes two demonstration images, two competition images, Cisco Network Academy curriculum, digital instructor guide, and digital student workbook.
Payment should be submitted no later than August 15, 2026. We accept purchase orders,
checks, or credit card payments.
NOTE: Host organizations may charge attendees a registration fee in order to recover their own costs, however, they may not run AFA CyberCamps as a for-profit activity.
*Per week: If you choose to host multiple camps during the same week, you only pay the fee one time. If you choose to host multiple camps during different weeks, you must pay the fee for each week you are hosting.
additional supplies
For an additional cost, host organizations can purchase hard-copy instructor guides and student workbooks. We suggest that camp hosts have orders placed and paid for at least two weeks prior to the camp week.
Supplies can be ordered through an online marketplace (via a company called Mimeo) starting in mid-May. Host are also welcome to print locally through the vendor of their choice.
